When ordering your baby/children's products from Flutterbyandbee, we will only ever use your personal information provided, for the use of completing orders, sending orders out via Royal Mail or other couriers/delivery services, or to contact you regarding orders or services we provide; including sending out emails of promotions, updates etc.

There is an option to pay by card or through PayPal. We do not personally store credit/debit card details. We will never personally give/sell your details on to any other third parties. Flutterbyandbee uses Wix to host its website. This third party is Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and is accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant. This standard helps create a secure environment by increasing cardholder data, thus reducing credit card fraud. This third party regularly perform internal security audits to maintain their ISO/PCI security certifications. 

 

Through Wix, they receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us with in any other way. In addition, they collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. Wix may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. They also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

All signup and login services are completed through a secure server (HTTPS/SSL).

Both Google and Facebook, run analytics for us. What this means is, that every time you enter our website, it observes the way you interact with us. It gathers information, including how you came to find us (e.g. if you clicked on a link from Instagram which brought you to our website or through a Google search), what pages you visited, or if you made a purchase with us. They then report back to us these findings. This, then enables us to see how and when we attract the most customers/potential customers and how effective our advertisements are etc. This information is extremely helpful in enabling us to succeed and grow as a business. This data is encrypted, so we are unable to see the specifics or any personal information gathered.
